- Archos AV500 as a Windows Media Device
- Posted by Rob Miles on May 22nd, 2006
When I plug my AV500 into my PC it is recognised as an MTP Media Player
device and Windows XP asks me if I want to sync using Windows Media Player or
Napster (I have a Napster to Go subscription). No matter what I answer, the
system does not pick up the device itself, and nothing appears in the My
Computer folder. It is as if it gets half way through the connection process
and then fails.
Any thoughts anyone?
