Is windows xp compatible with the Zen Neeon?

I don't see a Zen Neon listed on Creative's site, so can't answer that. The Zen Vision requirements are

a.. Microsoft® Windows® XP (Service Pack 1 or higher)
b.. Intel® Pentium® II 350MHz or AMD K6®-2 450MHz
c.. 64MB RAM (128MB RAM recommended)
d.. USB 1.1 port (USB 2.0 recommended for faster transfers)
e.. 170MB free hard drive space
