- Mobile Device Center - Installation

I had to reload Vista. In the process I cannot "sync" anymore with my Treo
700wx. I tried to install Mobile Device Center again and it gets to the end
of the installation and then the progression bar "backs up" and the entire
thing just quits.
Any ideas?
