- no sound after installing ipod

ndstalled itunes and ipod shuffle. When i tunes installed I had sound. After
installing ipod lost all sound. I then uninstalled ipod and itunes , still no
sound. Then I restored system to before installing ipod and itunes, still no
sound. Did trouble shooting of drivers etc...still no sound. Any ideas?

If your system has no sound at all in any program, have you considered the
possibility you might have knocked out the audio cable connecting to your
speakers ? Push it back in place and ensure the speakers are powered up.
