I just got the new M:robe 100 mp3 player and when ever i try to connect the
usb to any of the 3 ports on my laptop it keeps coming up as unknow device
and states it has no drivers. I have loaded and unloaded the software and
still it wont ead it, can anyone help? I have a new compaq r3000t, with
windows xp Sp2, 1/2 gig ram, 3.07 pentium 4 processor, 80 gig hard drive,
please write me if you know what may be the problem, it seems like even their
company doesn;t understand what's wrong it's new and the issues could be on
my pc but I really like this mp3 player, it exceeds the ipod-nano in many
aspects so i really need to resolve this issue. Please write me direct at
