I recently updated Media Player 10 on a couple of my computers and after I
did this, my 999 would not play MP3 files. I would get a message on the
player saying that the files were corrupted or missing. I contacted
Samsung, they had me send the unit in for repair. When I got it back, same
problem! I then tried to sync with my work computer and an older laptop
with an older version of MP. Everthing works fine. A call to Microsoft was
going to result in a $35 charge, so I thought I would post first and see if
anyone has any suggestions about rolling back MP to an earlier version. The
newest version of MP is 3802 and the older version is 3646. I have the
lastest firmware installed on the YEPP.
