I have WIndows XP Profesional (not media center.. i cantfind the XP support
page) Of late my internet just randomly dies on me. usuall while im just
sitting here doing nothing. running mIRC and downloading off of bittorrent.
I know it is not the net itself cause my roomates internet works still. So
reboot and the internet works again.. I had this problem before at home but
it went away when i came here. But of late its been going nutso again and as
a gamer it aint really fun. Any suggestions wold be great i really want to
fix this

It's microsoft.public.windowsxp.general. I'd suggest scanning your PC for
viruses and spyware...
