- Zen Vision:M - Unable to Sinc Digitally Rights Managed Files

Installed new Zen Vision:M. Running Windows Media Player 10 plus downloaded
all suggested fixes. When I try to sinc DRM files I get the following Error
"A Problem has occured in obtaining the devices certificate. Contact
Microsoft product support". The same files transfer successfully with a
Creative Zen Micro and Nano on the same machine.
Can anyone help?
