- 2 Printjobs instead of one with HP Designjet 500ps
- Posted by Drops on April 7th, 2004
Hello
When I send a Printjob to my HP DesignJet500ps Plotter, 2 Printjobs
are sent. the first one is empty (means: it contains no Bytesize and
no Page)
The second Printjob contains the normal Printjob.
I work with the Printbiling Software PCounter, that's why I can see
the 2 Printjobs. Before the Job will be printed, I can recieve a
message which contains the cost of the Job, and the first message is
allways "Your Printjob costs 0.00"
Thanks for Help
