Interesting. I can see that as a valid question. Marketers probably have some research to validate certain optical wavelength recognition preferences for humans in certain prevalent situations and I'm sure they put them to practical usage when trying to maximize marketing revenue.
I'm going to take a stab at an answer to the question and say that for most reflective light situations, I run out of cyan first.
What's the correct answer?

This is the same that I have experienced. Yellow seems to be used more
quickly than any of the other colors
