I've been struggling with this thing ever since I got it. I've had
several Epsons over the years and have always liked them but this will
probably be the last one.
First problem - for some reason, a few weeks ago, it sucked a
completed print out back through the front and jammed in the most
henious way. This took me hours to clear.
Second problem - This thing sucks down the ink like anything. One of
the cartridges is always empty inspite of very lite use in my house.
Third problem - (really exacerbated by the first) - When one of the
cartridges is out of ink, this printer will do absolutely NOTHING!
You cannot print or copy in black only if a color is out. This is the
really nasty part... you can't even SCAN if an ink cartridge is out.
Who wrote the software for this sucker? What a stupid idea!

Hope you avoid the mistake I made. Get an HP. You'll be happier.
