Cannon or HP ?
Posted by Recobee on January 9th, 2004

I'd like the fact that the HP photo printers can print a true B&W without color
cast using their new cartridge, but I don't like the fact that they have a
problem with bandinding or tracking. I would also like to print larger than an
8 X 10. This tend to lead me towards a Canon i9000. Is there an after market
inkset that will give me the stunning B&W print quality of HP? Also, can I
print on watercolor paper in this printer?

Thanks for any help

Yes, there is now a pretty large selection of B&W inksets. Also
"reduced gamut", which lets you do toned B&W---eg sepia

Try:
