In looking this combination up, it says the ink cartridges need to be
taken
out and cleaned.

But...I can't get the carriage to move as it is parked right hand side
and won't move.

Is there a clutch or something to adjust such that I can get at the ink
cartrdiges?

Any help appreciated,
