Canon I560 vertical print alignment problem
Posted by scottnew on October 4th, 2005

I seem to have a problem with the vertical alignment on my black
printing. When I do a nozzle check everything is OK except for
results L & M where there is a definite problem. However when I
go into nozzle alignment there is no option to amend these (stops at
k I think). Any ideas how I change these alignments

Not unless the manufacturer has a utility to sort it. Some of our HP
printers do.

That printout is from a printhead that needs to be replaced.
If it's still under warranty, Canon will replace the printhead at no
cost to you.
