Has anyone any idea when the Canon i865 will be available in the UK. I
'phoned Canon UK last week hoping to obtain a catalogue, but the person
there had not heard of it. Neither had his colleagues when he nipped
off to consult them.

For what it's worth they don't know about the i965 either yet it's on
their UK site along with the i865 when I checked a few days ago!!!
I am interested in seeing how it fairs with the UK press reviews.

I ordered an i865 from Pixmania on Thursday morning and it arrived
(from Paris according to the DHL log) yesterday morning at 9.00am.
They charge £125 plus £22 postage, total cost £147. Cheapest I've
found on the net so far, but I'm sure prices will drop as more
suppliers get them in.
Haven't tried it out yet, I'm just about to install it.
