When I replaced a new drum for the printer, I found it still appear the
warning "change drum soon" message on the LCD screen. Why? I have
already followed the instructions in the menu. Thanks!

To reset the drum counter:

Open the panel containing the drum and toner
While open press the "options" button on the machine
The LCD will read "Replace Drum?"
Press "1" for yes
Close panel, you're finished
