My Epson Color Stylus 500 died.
Switched it on and no power light, or any other lights, changed power
cord, no change. Is it worth going further or shall I just bin it.
Any help appreciated.
TIA.

Not worth fixing. You can buy better printers now for less
than you paid for the 500. And _much_ better ones if you
want to spend the same amount of money.

If you didn't want to go to Chicago, why did you get on the train?
