I have an Epson 400 printer which all of a sudden decided to quit
printing black. Even though the status monitor indicated that the
cartridge was still 25% full I changed it anyway and after multiple
cleanings it will still not print black. The printer seems to be
operating normally and prints colors without any problem. Can someone
give me any advice? Thanks.
