I am not really using my printer for photo quality prints so I thought I
would try and cut down costs by ordering
some compatible ink cartridges.
I have just tried some 'Inkrite' cartridges and the results are terrible.
Can anyone recommend an alternative or do I need to stick with Epson.

I've produced all the results exactly as Epson with the JetTec cartridges.
You can see a test image at www.inkylink.co.uk under paper matters.
