Epson 915 card reader - leaving card in
Posted by Si on October 23rd, 2003

Is there any danger in leaving a CF card permanently in my 915's card slot?

Hi again, hoping someone may have had an answer to this one...

I have left mine in for very long periods of time with no problem. When I
am home I use the card as a hard drive to transfer pictures between desktop
and laptop.

The reason I asked is that I'm leaving it in and performing a backup of my
excel spreadsheets to it whenever I add something new to them...

It's so much faster than having to pop in a CD and burn the sheets to that..

I do that all the time with no problem.
