can anyone help i have aepson r200 but cannot print web or e mail pages
epson have a web to page print but does not work tried file /print icon
print
every type of print printer working ok

Make sure you have the current drivers and they are fully installed
(check Epson's website (www.epson.com)
Consider removing and reinstalling the drivers.

Still cannot print web pages test page settings say ,
dgl-caption unsuported formatweb does not support this format.
dgl -caption-unexpected-err.
pt-errmsg-print an internal error,explorer unable to print doc.

What is the webpage you are trying to print from?
Do you have the same issue on, for example bbc's betsie (text only)
page.

Thanks for the message have tried bbc,s betsie text only.
I still cannot print anything from any web or e mail page even when it
says print the same message (error trail rec*contentscc object
error).appears.
I can print test page, settings, word,etc.

Since you can print elsewhere I "suspect" what isn't working is webpage
print utility... called something like Epson Web-To-Page or some such.
It's hard to be sure as I don't actually have an r200 installed at the
moment. But the fact that everything else works, the fact that you can
not print a simple page like BBC's betsie. I would try the following
Remove Epsons webprint utility. Does this solve the problem?
Or
Install firefox, an alternative to windows internet explorer which
doesn't use epson's webprint utility, for the most part it doesn't need
it.
