I have one clogged print head on my Epson RX500. Probably through lack
of use. Art E. offered a manual with cleaning instructions, but an
email to him bounced back.

Can someone provide a copy of the manual?

Yours is the very first email bounce I have been made aware of in the
last 5 years or so, so please check the address you used.

We did have two periods of about 4-5 days with loss of electricity due
to severe storms, but I don't believe any mail was lost or refused.

If the address you used was correct, please contact me either at that
address (it should be working now, if it was not) and send me a forward
of the bounced message so I can research where the problem may have
been, or if you are still unable to reach me now, please post so here.
