I have read other threads regarding using the HP 990 driver for a hp
500 series printer.


I have a hp 5160 and HP 3550 attached to my main PCrunning XP

I have an old laptop running Win 98se wirelessly conected to a
network. I use a HP 660c driver to print via the network to the HP
5160. (It was the highest No. HP available.

I have tried loading the driver for both 5160 & 3350 to connect to the
relative printers but it cannot find the printer thru the network.

Does anyone have an idea what would be the best printer driver to use
to connect to each printer. I will only be printing web pages, no
photos etc.
