I have an HP LaserJet 1018 I'm trying to install on a user's PC to no
avail. I have uninstalled the previous printer's software (Dell A960)
& have even gone so far as to boot into Safe Mode to remove all USB
devices & reboot so Windows could reinstall everything fresh, but
nothing is working. I know the printer itself is fine because I've
installed it on another PC as a test. Help!
