Greetings,

I work for a Reprographic companies that specializes in Blueprints,
and Construction Documents. We have 3 Canon imageRUNNER 8500 serier
printers from which we print off specs, and other large, multi-part
*.PDF files.

Here is the situation:

I just recently updated the PostScript drivrers to ver. 2, and I need
to print large documents that contain sections and individual sheets
from various different stock. (ie. 20#, 60#, 110#, and color). I have
tried working thorugh the driver interface, but to no avail, it still
only prints from the 'Large Paper Tray' off the side. I have selected
the proper drawers in the driver interface, but nothing seems to work.

Any help that someone can give would be appreciated. In addition to
here, I have our rep from Ikon Office Supplies (our dealer) working on
his end.

Dell Dimension 4300
Windows 2000; Pro
1.7 GHz; 260 MB RAM
