A friend bought a Konica Minolta 1350W laser printer. The printer
installed OK but he tried to access the Properties section but it
seems to be written in Spanish or Portuguese (or possibly some other
language). He has already uninstalled and reinstalled the printer
software. Same problem.

I tried the Konica Minola web site but could not even get into the
printer section let alone look at the FAQ or troubleshooting section
for this printer.

Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know how to fix it?
