It doesn't connected to the computer? How can I fixed?

You need to make sure that it is connected to the computer, that the cable
you're using is good and that the printer is plugged in. Try another cable
or reinstall the software if you're not sure.

what type of cable are you using.
did you set up the windows printer to be the optra s1255.
did you print out a configuration sheet from the printer.

i had an optra s1855 and they are workhorse printers.
