Limit on custom paper size Epson 2200/2100
Posted by CWatters on October 22nd, 2003

I'm trying to print on two sheets of A3 paper joined end to end.

I tried setting the paper size to "custom size" and entering 2970 x 8400 but
it won't let me select a length longer than 3290 (=329mm). I've tried
setting the source to roll paper or banner but that seems to make no
difference.

Any ideas?

Colin

Try sheet feeder instead. This is what I do on my 1270 for pages up to

Tried all three - sheet feeder, roll and manual feed slot. The latter has
even more restrictive limits - no custom size at all!

oops egg on face time. I had my width and length mixed up. The length isn't
unlimited but its a lot more than 329mmm.

This page says the max length is Operating System dependent...
