print on pre-printed media that has fancy borders.
the size of the paper will be business card size.
was thinking of a photo printer but is there anything else?
laser would be best.

I don't know of any printer ink or laser that can print anything less than
maybe a 3x5. Also I hope by francy borders you don't mean cut borders.

I think the media paper is about as thick as a cereal box.

The paper is too small so you will need some sort of carrier sheet. Perhaps
something like hte Quicken checks used would work.
