Hi,

Does anyone know how to fix the following problem: The paper does not fully
exit (and drop down) onto the output tray of my HP Photosmart 1215. That
causes the trailing edge of the paper to get caught and wrinkled as the next
page begins to print. I have already cleaned and lightly roughened the
take-up rollers.
