Hi,

I'm thinking of getting one of these printers at their current silly
price of $99 but have a couple of questions i hope a current owner
might be able to help me with.

I see the resolution specs are 1200 x 1200 but there is only 8MB of
buffering in the printer - how well does the printer handle documents
with embedded images or complex diagrams and charts?

The Minolta website is rather confusing about the network
compatitbility of this printer. I had heard that Windows-controlled
printers could not be networked? Is anybody successfully using a print
server with one of these - if so which one?

The other choice is one of the Brother printer like the HL5040 but
this is twice the price.

Anybody have any recommendations?
