- What causes Canon BJ cartridges to go bad
- Posted by chris1379 on September 23rd, 2006
I have a BJC-80 I use on the road with my laptop. It's not used much
and is adequate for my purpose. I keep the BC-11e in the printer but
keep the BC-10 in the sealed container incase I run out of ink. Today I
tried the BC-10 and it is not recognized. I tried it in 2 other
printers. I also tried another BC-10 that I had around and it doesn't
work either. Why would these cartridges go bad just sitting around?

Generally, they start by hanging out with the wrong crowd. The occasional beer
and ciggie turns into hard liquor and drugs. After that, its pretty much all
over.
