Hi, can anybody help me with this problem?

I use frameset to pop popup windows, because I need to display gray
line on the bottom of the window with some instructions. The problem
is that sometimes I get some popup source that contains frameset or
some redirection and the ad doesn't pop correctly (either not at all
or has no scroolbars or something). Is there any way how to creat the
info line without using frameset or iframe?
