am having problems connecting a modem to the Aux port of the G1 - seems only
to be with this Processor card, as have no problems with console ports on
other NPE/NSE cards, RJ45 or 25pin...

have configured aux port in normal way - has anyone had any sucess with
this - if so what combination of cables / config have you used....

If your 7206 with NPE-G1 still has the old IO controller in place, I
believe it is the console and aux ports on the IO controller which will
be used.
