- Adding additional routes to a VPN client (PIX515E and Cisco client)
- Posted by jlamanna@gmail.com on October 29th, 2006
Lets say I have a local network at 10.20.2.0/24 and a dmz at
192.168.216.0/24 on a PIX515E.
VPN works fine using the cisco vpn client to anything in 10.20.2.0,
however I can't reach anything on 192.168.216.0 presumably because its
not being routed through the VPN tunnel.
The VPN client only shows the route to 10.20.2.0 in the statistics
page.
Is there a command on the PIX when setting up the VPN tunnel that tells
the VPN client to also add a route to 192.168.216.0?
Thanks.

Nevermind - managed to figure it out since I was already most of the
way there with my existing split-tunnel config.
Just had to add the 192.168.216.0 network to the split-tunnel network
list.
