hi I just got a catalyst 2100 it has a serial port on the rear to connect it
to my workstation but it did not come with a cable and I am wanting to know
if I can use a straight db9f/db9f or if I need to use a null cable its been
a while since I used serial cables and I just don't remember anymore I was
also wanting to know if anyone know how the to get in to the setup on here
cause I did not get a manual either since I got it off eBay

thanks

When you purchase the db9 cable from Radio Shack you can also purchase
the null modem adaptor from Radio Shack for $6 -7.00.
