- D-link router with parallel port connected on a Linksys wireless router
- Posted by grestephane@hotmail.com on February 7th, 2007
Hi,
I was using a D-link DI-704P with a parallel port router for my
personnal home network. I just got a new Linksys wireless router. I
would like to connect the D-Link router on my wireless router to be
able to see my printer. I received some instructions from Linksys
"connect the D-Link router with a standard network cable from it's
main connection to one of the 4 connections on the Linksys router,
change the D-link default IP address, desactivate the DHCP setup".
I've tried all that and tried to create one IP port to my computer
with the new IP address. My computer still can't see my printer. Any
ideas?
