Hello,
can anyone tell my how i can display the "isakmp key ******" real secret/passwort.
I can't find any show ... command in the pix-documentation.

There is no 'show' command you can use for this. However, if you
"write net" the configuration to a tftp server, then the file
stored on the tftp server will have the plaintext shared secrets.

try writing your config to a tftp server (wri net) and the display the
file on the tftp server
