- Multicasting Fails When Sending Through Multiple Switches - Symantec Ghost Enterprise 8
- Posted by mike on October 4th, 2004
Symantec Ghost Enterprise 8.
Cisco switches.
I'm able to multicast if both the server and the clients are on the
same switch. When using the Enterprise Server which is connected to a
different switch, multicasting fails. Supposedly multicasting has
been enabled on all of the switches on every floor of this building.
Is there something else that has to be enabled to get the multicast to
span multiple switches? Thanks for the help!
