Problem with Live Communication Server through pix

I am trying to get LCS to run through a cisco 515 pix. I have clients
trying to connect out the inside interface to the LCS server at a
remote site. I thought I needed to add access lists but that did not
help. Below is the sip debug. Searching the error came up empty. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
