I plan to be able to connect all the Sun servers via their serial
ports - both for installation purpose as well as diagnostic (say if
the system fails and goes to the okay prompt)

Note that all these activities will be carried out over the LAN/WAN. I
do *NOT* have any intention of connecting this terminal server to a
modem (ie dial-up access).

All I want is that the Terminal Server be connected to our LAN (via
UTP) and the ports of the Terminal Servers be connected to the console
port of the individual sun servers via serial port.

Kindly let me know which Model of Cisco (or otherwise) suits this
requirement.

These Terminal Server can be to reach by SSH and they are " Sun Ready" ( no
