We are using the auto upgrade feature with a 3015 concentrator and starting
in about August, some of our laptops hang when the upgrade begins to run. I
would guess that this is related to an XP patch but can't prove it.

Has anyone experienced similar problems? Cisco seems to have a difficult
time believing this is really their problem.
