[Apologies if this got posted twice]

I can't follow the instructions for scanning multiple files from raw
disk files in VueScan. I scanned a number of photos, and saved them as
"Image 001.tif" etc. Now I want to scan them to jpegs. The manual says:

But when I set "Input|Scan from" to "File" the "Batch Scan" setting
disappears!

How do I scan multiple files????

VueScan 7.6.7, Mac OS X 10.2.newest
