Hi
What's the difference between the Canon lide 35 & the lide 50
Sites I looked at didn't have a side-by-side comparison and quite a
few said the 50 was out of stock.
Is that because it's just new or being replaced?

Canon Support. You can look at the specification of each scanner.

The Lide 35 has less software bundled with the scanner and it also may be
only 24 bit internal scanning.
The Lide 50 has more software bundled. Includes Photoshop Elements 2.0 Photo
editing software and has 48 bit internal scanning.
