- Color shift and scanner calibration

I'm using Nikon Coolscan 4000 and have problem fixing the color shift.
There's a very strong red cast on negatives, but a blue cast on slides.
I'm using Vuescan, how can I calibrate my scanner in the software for
more accurate color?
