I've got the Scanner on Friday evening, June 29. The label on the
driver indicated the full compatibility with both Vista 64 and 32-bit.
Spend the night trying to install. DID NOT WORK. Took the driver from
Epson web site. DID NOT WORK TOO. Every time I removed all traces of
EPSON and tried again, no result. Telephone support at EPSON is CLOSED
all week end in both Canada and the US. So on Sunday morning June 30 I
returned the Scanner and got my money back. What should I buy now, any
suggestions? Tks?
