- Filename based on scanned area
- Posted by mwilliams4@socal.rr.com on October 6th, 2007
I wanted to see if there is a way using a highspeed scanner and OCR to
pull a number off of a form that is always in the same spot on
documents, and then save that to a file where the filename is a part
of that.
ie: On the document top right sector of the page(same on all but
different serial numbers): XXX12345
Save file as XX12345.TIFF or PDF.
Is this possible, and can I do it with omniscan16 ??

I meant OminpagePro16.
