- HP PSC2410xi "All-in-one" - Scanner won't work - Missing "hpjkygrp.exe" file

I have had nothing but problems with scanning on this all-in-one. I am
using XP and am able to fax, copy, print and access camera media, via
the USB cable, but the scanner remains unrecognized despite 5 (yes 5)
uninstall/reinstalls. Apparently missing a file called "hpjkygrp.exe"
based on the error message I get. HP has no knowledge of this file or
how to resolve it. Am hoping SOMEONE can point me to where I might
find this file. TIA
