Hi, trying to get my scanner event button working with Microsoft Document
Imaging, the program does not show up in programs to run when scanner event
button pushed.

Does the scanner make/model display in the device manager properly? If
so, verify that your Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service is both
started and automatic.
this should help identify the reason for not having a Microsoft
Application within the OS events.
