"Mark Hyde" <mrhyde@dimensional.com> asked: "I suspect this has been
answered before, but I have not come across the thread. Which would
produce better scan files of 35mm slides. Better = accurate color, close
to the image as seen on a projection screen from a slide projector."

I don't know if this question has been dealt since June 23, 2003, but a
search for "flatbed better film scanner" at GoogleNewsgroupsSearch
(http://groups.google.com/advanced_gr...group=comp.per
iphs.scanners) showed that Scott asked a similar question at
http://tinyurl.com/isws. Among the answers, Wayne Fulton replied in the
message at <http://tinyurl.com/iswa>. In short: film scanner.
